Check Your Browser Version
The Canvas learning management system should be used on the current or first previous major release of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, or any other device with a modern web browser. If you are having trouble with materials in Canvas, make sure your browser is up to date. Here is how to update:

Clear Your Browser Cache
A browser cache stores copies of web pages you visit which allows the pages to load faster. Clearing the cache helps keep pages updated with the correct information. The Canvas Basics Guide includes information on how to clear your browser cache:
Try a Different Browser
In rare cases, a browser update may be temporarily incompatible with a Canvas feature. If you find that any feature in Canvas is broken or works in a way that is unexpected, try logging in with a different web browser.
